The term, “love handles,” sounds cute, but in reality they aren’t so cute. Who doesn’t like the idea of having a handy handle to help you hold the person you love? The truth, however, is that love handles are really just an euphemism for unhealthy pockets of fat around the midsection. In some cases, these love handles are very obvious because they stick out over the person’s belt or waistband. “Muffin top” is another name for this. You really don’t need foods that have no place to go except as more fat on your body!

There’s no reason you should have to put up with love handles permanently. Losing the extra weight you are carrying around does not have to be impossible. Losing weight takes patience and regular effort, but if you make regular progress, you will soon lose those extra inches. You might need some patience, but at some point you won’t have any love handles for people to hold onto anymore!
