How To Do Magic
A magician’s simplest job description should be to consider the impossible and also make it possible. Instead of like to learn find out how to do magic, you need to first know exactly what is impossible. Or in other words, what ordinary people think doesn’t seem possible.
Overall of magic, one can find only seven basic effects. Surely decreasing than seven tricks out there, but everyone ones just variation of them seven basic effects. Here they are:
Appearance: Regulation of conservation of matter states that you can’t make something from nothing. However, a magician says, “BOOM…flowers.”
Vanish: This is exactly currently associated with appearance. A vanish happens when you are taking something and switch it into nothing. This should be impossible, but magicians do all of it plenty of time. In fact, it’s our most requested trick. People always ask me to produce their mother-in-law disappear, even so don’t do that almost thing. Instead, I send the property to my Fat Uncle Tony. He’s a “magician” who makes a speciality of making people “disappear”.
Transportation: Science lets us know that nothing inside universe go faster than the speed of sunshine. Magicians just roll their eyes and shake their heads. A transportation effect can be an education both a vanish with an appearance. This is when you’re making something disappear derived from one of place and INSTANTLY reappear in another place. Take that, science.
Transformation: An alchemist’s dream should be to turn lead into gold, but alas. Science says it’s a no-no. Fortunately, magicians say it’s a yes-yes. Maybe this will be considered another mixture of a vanish plus an appearance – one object disappears including a different object instantly appears as a replacement. Just like, some magicians turn a red scarf to a blue scarf. I don’t work with that crap; I just turn everything into beer and rigatoni.
Levitation: Gravity is relentless. However, magicians are relentless-er. We’ve found approaches to required illusion that object is floating devoid of visible way of support. Defying gravity is wicked. Under this category fall variations like “suspension” (making an object do an impossible balancing act) and “animation” (making an inanimate object move alone). If you desire to quickly learn how to do magic, then you’ve got to make stuff float. (Please, no jokes about precisely how you can generate a root beer float.)
Penetration: Ours is merely described as solid passing through solid. Normally, at the atomic level, the force of electromagnetism makes this impossible. Certainly, magicians know ways with this. The favourite penetration I’ll think about is the way David Copperfield walked over the Great Wall of China. Oh, that and made the effort I put one fourth by using a glass table.
Restoration: The final effect is when a product is destroyed thereafter put together again. Magicians are notorious for smashing someone’s watch after which it magically repairing it (usually). David Blaine was seen to restore a clicking fly back to life. Me? I haven’t quite got this tool down yet. I simply break stuff. Y’know…rules, molds, banks, ladies’ hearts…
